At 85 to 95 °C, the dry heat of the traditional Finnish sauna provides soothing relaxation after a day in the snow. Depending on personal preference, each sauna session typically lasts around 8 to 15 minutes.
In the herbal steam bath, you can enjoy a pleasant 42 °C and a humidity of around 45 %. The gentle warmth invites you to switch off briefly and come to rest. For a relaxed break, about 15 minutes are ideal.
In the salt steam bath, gentle warmth combines with fine salt on the skin. The pleasant humidity feels delicately soft and makes the break particularly soothing. Ideal for switching off for a few minutes and gathering new energy according to individual well-being.
The infrared Swiss pine cabin is a gentle alternative to the traditional sauna. At a comfortable 40 to 60 °C, you can sit back, enjoy the warmth and simply switch off for around 30 minutes.
After the soothing warmth of the sauna sessions, the ice mist grotto provides pleasant refreshing variety. Spray mist and flake ice from the rock fountain cool you down and invigorate.
For even more refreshment, the experience shower offers a choice of different water worlds: gentle rain, side massage jets, tropical or a powerful waterfall.
In our two rest rooms, the ski day can still resonate for a while. Make yourself comfortable, enjoy the peaceful atmosphere and refresh yourself at the juice bar.
