To help you plan your winter holiday with ease, here you will find the key information regarding your booking. Your personal offer and reservation confirmation will always take precedence for your stay.

• Rich breakfast buffet in the bright dining room
• For relaxation and recuperation, the in-house wellness area features a sauna, steam baths, infrared cabin, relaxation loungers, a fireplace and a refreshment bar.
• Parking space or garage space at the hotel is included in the price – subject to availability
• Ski and boot drying room for secure storage of skis and sports equipment
• Non-smoking hotel for a pleasant environment and greater well-being for all guests – please do not smoke indoors

Your booking information

• All room rates are per person per day (package = 7 days including 6-day ski pass) in a double room including a rich breakfast buffet
• Charges for the booked room rate will also apply in the event of late arrival or early departure
• No refund for breakfast not taken during the booked stay
• Payment of your room bill conveniently in cash, by debit card or credit card
• Extras such as drinks from the house bar or ski passes are payable in cash only
• Check-in from 14:00 on the day of arrival
• Rooms and parking spaces must be vacated by 10:00 on the day of departure so that we can prepare everything in peace for the next guests
• Ski passes are available conveniently at reception
• The terms and conditions of the Austrian hotel regulations apply

Cancellation policy for direct bookings

In the event of cancellation:

• up to 2 months before arrival: no cancellation fees
• 2 months to 1 month before arrival: 40% of the total amount
• 1 month to 1 week before arrival: 70% of the total amount
• within the last week before arrival: 90% of the total amount
• in the event of non-arrival: 100% of the total amount; unused breakfast services will not be refunded

For bookings made through an external booking platform, the terms and conditions agreed there apply. We recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance (e.g. Europäische Reiseversicherung AG), which covers cancellation and travel interruption. Otherwise, cancellation fees may apply in accordance with the Austrian hotel regulations.

Your discounts 

• Children aged 3 to 12 receive a 50% discount when there are 2 fully paying adults in the 3rd bed (does not apply in holiday apartments!)
• Children aged 12 to 15 receive a 30% discount when there are 2 fully paying adults in the 3rd bed (does not apply in holiday apartments!)
• The 3rd person in a triple room receives a 20% discount for stays of 7 nights or more

Surcharges per person per day

• in single rooms £20.00
• For short stays of up to 4 nights £15.00 (+ New Year’s week)
• Local tax (from age 15) £4.00 per person per day

All prices are in EURO including VAT, excluding local tax.

Deposit

After receiving your reservation confirmation, a deposit of £200 to £400 per person is required. The exact amount depends on the length of your stay and will be specified in your booking confirmation.

Minimum stay

Depending on the season, a minimum stay of four nights or more may apply. The applicable minimum stay for your desired travel period can be seen in the booking or you can enquire about it when making your request.

Payment methods

You can pay your hotel bill in cash, by debit card, credit card or bank transfer. Ski passes purchased directly at reception must be paid for in cash.

Check-in and check-out

Your room will be ready for you from 14:00 on the day of arrival. On the day of departure, we kindly ask you to vacate your room and parking space by 10:00.

Early check-in or late check-out may be possible – subject to availability and for an additional charge. Please arrange your preference in advance by contacting us directly. The possibility is only confirmed after we have personally confirmed it with you.

Ski passes available at the hotel

You can conveniently obtain your ski pass at the reception of Hotel Angela. Payment for the ski pass must be made in cash.

Pets and special requests

Pets are not permitted at Hotel Angela. Please inform us of any allergies, intolerances or special requests when booking or before your arrival. This will allow us to check in good time what we can prepare for you.

Luggage storage

Subject to availability, you can store your luggage free of charge in our luggage room before check-in or after check-out. This will allow you to enjoy your arrival or departure day with greater ease. Please ask our team briefly whether storage is possible on your desired day.
